The club is doing well and maintains its membership around the 120 mark. It is a club with a wide range of activities.

Guest Speaker: Warren Sparrow (Angel Flights)

Warren is a retired air traffic controller (Moorabbin Airport) and now volunteers his time to Angel Flights as an ‘earth angel’. He drives patients and their families between airports and their appointments. Warren outlined the amazing service provided by Angel Flight with over 23,000 missions in 15 years. Flights are free and funding is by way of Corporate Sponsorship, with 85% of all funds raised going to provide the service.

Warren outlined some of the personal stories of the people he has assisted over his ten years of volunteering. An amazing service.
