Gerard founded Outcome.life in 2016 to solve the problem of employability for international students.  Through Outcome.life and other founded businesses, GADA technology, Pleased.Property and PCSS, Gerard has employed over 30 internationals living in Australia.

Outcome.Life has received funding from LaunchVic, was a winner at the 2018 TechDiversity awards and equal second in the 2018 StartUpSmart Awards.

Gerard is a chartered accountant and has been a business adviser with a history of working in the middle market and start-up sectors over a decade. He spent two years in London working at Royal Banking Scotland in Treasury for Global Banking and Markets. Gerard has also completed his Masters in Entrepreneurship & Innovation which inspired him to quit his comfortable corporate job to become an entrepreneur.

After spending a decade at a leading Professional Services advisory firm, since 2015 Gerard has founded 3 start-ups having raised significant investment capital, achieved double digit growth, a Government grant through LaunchVic and is already selling one business to an ASX Listed group.
