Jane has extensive international business experience, having worked for a multi-national organisation for over 30 years. Working internationally (New Zealand, Australia and the US) has allowed her to develop a broad set of business and leadership skills. During this time Jane has had the opportunity to lead and develop teams of all sizes, as well as mentoring and coaching high potential individuals.

With over 20 years in senior leadership roles Jane understands the value of self-development and discovering your own authentic leadership style.

Jane is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and holds an Executive MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching.
