RCM CONTRIBUTION TO VNF BUILD A FUTURE PROGRAM

Please click this link https://vietnamfoundation.org.au/category/updates/ to (the first three) articles which report on VNF’s Build a Future Program’s summer camps which ISC put $4K into the previous Rotary year and which occurred in July 2024. I think that these cover the use of the donation adequately. Our contribution of $4K made a contribution to the general expenditure for the camps- travel, accommodation and food, hotel hire, consumables, speakers costs. The full cost was a little over $10K. Rhys Williams and Puja Ganguli attended and participated in the workshops. Puja ran a lively, interactive session on creative problem solving which introduced students to innovation and entrepreneurship.

As the program expands organisers will be looking to members for mentoring employability skills and providing English conversational practice.
