Collingwood Sizzles Over 24 Hours

Whilst we were digesting Collingwood’s win over the Bombers on Friday night, final preparations continued for our day out at Bunnings Collingwood the next day, Saturday 24 August.

Everyone loves a sausage, including Lorenzo and Edie pictured at the Bunnings Sausage Sizzle. Their Dad’s were just 2 of the hundreds of contributors to our very successful day, raising almost $900.

Special thanks to our Club volunteers who responded quickly to this “cancellation” opportunity – Pauline O’Brien, David Jones,Lynne Webber, Paul Fowler, Roy Garrett, Stuart Ellis, Rohan Williams and yours truly.

To date, over $2200 has been raised from the 3 Sausage Sizzles held this Rotary year which is great for this time of the year. Our next Sausage Sizzle will be held on Friday 30 August at Bunnings Port Melbourne.”

Cheers
