You can see from the email trail below that volunteers are needed on Tuesday
30 July out at DIK to help load a large container(40 ft) with hospital beds bound for Chile.
This is not one of those normal occasions when RCM members get together out there on a planned Saturday, rather it is one of those occasions when DIK just needs major help during the week, be it onsite as this one is or offsite when DIK is required to shift plant/equipment/beds from a school/hospital as they have arranged with the donor.
So if you can spare some time out at Somerville Road West Footscray after our regular meeting on 30 July(next week), please let me know. I imagine the day would end early afternoon. Appreciate your response by this Thursday, 25/7.
In terms of logistics,I will coordinate and work out who is driving and who will be a passenger from your responses.....leaving from our breakfast meeting!!
