On 14 January 2026, Puja Ganguli and Dickie Currer were married in Kolkata, India at the Bengal Club. Central Melbourne Rotary were represented by Ruth and Suvam, Liz and Rhys Williams and Rebecca and Neville John. The wedding celebrations commenced on Sunday 11th January with an Aiburo Bhaat pre-wedding ritual, followed by Ashirbad and Mehendi celebrations on Monday; the Haldi ritual on Tuesday; the Biye (wedding) on Wednesday mid-morning followed by an evening after-party, and finally on Thursday the formal wedding reception.
